What is Tembo?
Tembo is the learning space that provides learning and development opportunities for all MSF staff, both in the field and offices. Its main objective is to allow everyone to be better prepared to contribute to MSF operations.
In Tembo, MSF staff can access learning activities such as courses, quick videos and exercises, job-aids, learning communities and many other resources. Learners receive certifications that recognize their achievements. In the future, Tembo will integrate more elements to support staff personal development, helping MSF to become a learning organization.
