Challenges are the opportunity for the Community to share best practices, new ideas and create together solutions addressing a complex situation.

When should challenges be launched?
A Challenge in the COP is an activity where a member (a “challenge owner”) asks the community to share ideas, best practices or previous experiences about how to address a specific situation or issue. The challenge owner will then provide a summary of the contributions. A completed challenge will become a learning resource in Tembo.
How long are challenges open for contributions?
Usually it is open for contributions between 2 weeks and one month.
What is an active challenge?
It is a challenge open for contribution of members.
What is a completed challenge?
It is the highlights and key learnings of a challenge summarized by the challenge owner. It is now a learning resource that anyone can consult and share!
